Zakłady Magnezytowe "Ropczyce" S.A. is the largest manufacturer of ceramic refractory materials in Poland and one of the largest manufacturer of ceramic refractory materials in Europe.
Leon Marciniec
Mr Marciniec is a graduate of Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza (Mining and Metallurgy Academy) in Krakow, the specialization of Material Engineering and Ceramics. He among others worked for the filter factory "PZL-SĘDZISZÓW" as the managing director, the MOTO-HURT company as the president of the management board. In the years of 2000-2005 he was the president of ZM Service, and since 2005 he has been the president of the management board of ZM INVEST. Mr Leon Marciniec has declared that as a member of the Supervisory Board of Zakłady Magnezytowe "Ropczyce", he is in the same time the President of the Management Board of ZM Invest S.A., the company that holds 2 304 298 of its shares, i.e. 50,03% of the total number of votes in the General Meeting of Shareholders of ZM "Ropczyce".
