All his professional career has been connected with finances, starting with his first job in "WSK-PZL" Mielec S.A. in 1993. Afterwards he worked in the automotive industry occupying among others the position of a financial controller – assistant financial officer in Lear Automotive (EEDS) Poland Sp. z o.o. held by the American Lear concern, next the chief financial officer in two companies of the German Kirchhoff group – Kirchhoff Polska Sp. z o.o. and Kirchoff Polska Assembly Sp. z o.o.
